David Weber

Chief Executive Officer

One of Purearth Foods longest serving team members and Chief Executive Officer. David has an extensive career in agribusiness with more than 20 years’ experience in the dairy industry both locally and internationally. David previously held the role of General Manager – International at Lactalis, the worlds largest dairy company.

Bryce Houghton



Leader of Purearth Food’s finance and operational teams in his role as COO. Bryce brings strong CFO-level experience in ASX listed and privately owned businesses operating on a regional, national and global scale, including Fonterra, Navitas Limited, Slater & Gordon and Carbon Revolution.

Aaron Hunter

General Manager (Operations)

Aaron leads Purearth Food’s production team as its General Manager Operations. Aaron started his career in an engineering services business, before joining Asahi Beverages where he spent 10 years, including 4 years as the Manufacturing Manager at their Laverton facility managing a team of over 400 staff

Susan Sissons

Head of Quality

Susan is head of our Quality department at Purearth Foods. Starting her career as a Medical microbiologist in the UK, she moved into food microbiology and then food Safety and Quality when she emigrated to Australia in 2003.

Jonathan Oughtred

Head of Supply Chain

As Head of Supply Chain, Jonathan Oughtred brings over 20 years’ experience in the FMCG industry across Supply Chain, IBP Planning and Marketing functions. As an Supply & Operational Planning specialist, Jonathon brings strong experience from FMCG companies including Lion Dairy & Drinks, Treasury Wine Estates and Carlton United Breweries.

Moli Apulu

HR Business Partner

Moli is the HR Business Partner for Purearth Foods. With over 8 years of generalist experience in People and Culture, Moli brings with her a vast experience of industrial relations, recruitment and selection, people performance and management, training and development. Previous experience include working for global Cyient Ltd – APAC region, Annecto, Electrix, Crowe Horwath Ltd

Shaun Adams

Reliability Manager

Shaun is a seasoned reliability manager with over 25 years experience across several FMCG industries such as Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Dairy and Plant based beverages. Shaun’s background in electrical automation and sound mechanical engineering knowledge from a career working across Europe as a controls/automation engineer for a UK based engineering company. Shaun was the face of the company leading many projects across various sites for Northern Foods & Proctor and Gamble.

Bevan Tippett

Chief Executive Officer

CEO of Purearth Foods, having joined the business in 2020 to lead Purearth Foods on its next phase of growth. Bevan brings decades of experience within the dairy & consumer goods industry across the Asia Pacific region including previous general management and executive roles at Fromageries Bel, George Weston Foods & Dairy Farmers.
LOGISTICS

At Purearth Foods, we don’t just focus on manufacturing a quality product.
We also aim to provide premium quality service and delivery to ensure
our customer’s expectations are met or exceeded. Our staff have a strong
knowledge of the local and international dairy industry with years of
experience in transport, documentation and country regulations.

TRACEABILITY

We provide sophisticated end-to-end batch tracking using the latest
integrated Tetra Pak® PlantMaster software throughout our production and
SAP for inventory management within our fully RF-enabled warehouse,
giving our customers complete visibility and total peace of mind.

QUALITY AND SAFETY

Our qualified laboratory technicians test each batch under an accredited
Quality Assurance Program, with selected batches also subjected to external testing
before final clearance. Food safety compliance extends across all raw
materials, ingredients and packaging through to the finished product. Our
GMP and Hygiene division is responsible for cleaning, training, education
and procedural performance, while our OHS department looks after the
safety and wellbeing of our staff.

QUALITY ACCREDITATIONS

Our plant is registered with the Australian Department of
Agriculture and Water Resources, registered with FDA, licenced with Dairy Food Safety
Victoria and Certified NASAA Organic, FSSC22000, GACC, Halal ICCV,
AHAA accredited.
